R&AA Properties LLC is committed to conducting activities with the highest standards of integrity and acting in compliance with the laws and regulations of all the countries in which it operates. R&AA Properties LLC does not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption and complies with all anti-bribery laws. R&AA Properties LLC wishes to make its stance explicit by adopting a Code of Conduct aimed at reassuring customer, agents, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders of its unwavering commitment to the aforementioned.

R&AA Properties LLC shall uphold honesty, integrity and transparency at the workplace and avoid fraud ormalpractices in all professional transactions.

R&AA Properties LLC shall be trustworthy and reliable, share unclassified information with its customers and third parties to carry out the business duties in a way that enables them to understand the information provided fully.

R&AA Properties LLC shall abide by the professional rules and obligations, report to all concerned parties incase of any probable conflict of interest(s), report any misconduct or malpractices made by any other party, which is in breach of the business integrity and values, or any persuasive attempt from any party to offer personal financial benefits.

R&AA Properties LLC shall avoid any wrongful acts or otherwise prevent any action with the purpose of illegal competition with other competitors in the same profession.

Customer Centric 

R&AA Properties LLC shall put its customer first and at the core of its business to provide a positive experience  and build personal long lasting real (estate) relationships. 

R&AA Properties LLC has a strong passionate towards real estate and shall be engaged in the process with  customers from start till end, and commits to transparency by being open and accessible, not mislead or  attempt to mislead, and shall not misinform or withhold information regarding products or terms of service.

R&AA Properties LLC shall be result oriented and ensure that customer and third parties to whom it has a  professional responsibility towards are provided with the best value, quality, advice, support, or business  performance according to the conditions of the contract. 

Data privacy 

Information will be held confidentially and will not be shared with any third parties unless required to in order to comply with competent authorities. In the event of an inspection/investigation by the competent authorities, information will only be shared if requested and to the extent R&AA Properties LLC are obliged to provide it.

Reporting of transactions 

R&AA Properties LLC shall promptly report to the competent authorities suspicious transactions and any additional information required in relation to them, when there are suspicions, or reasonable grounds to suspect, that the proceeds are related to a crime, or to the attempt or intention to use funds or proceeds for the purpose of committing, concealing or benefitting from a crime.

Record retention 

Records shall be retained for a minimum period of five (5) years after the related account/transaction is closed and shall be made available to the competent authorities upon request.
