Sharro has vast experience with empowering teams, motivate the working force to a higher level of efficient working. In the Netherlands, Sharro is the founder of Optimal Synergy BV, specializing in safeguarding quality in (educational) organisations. If problems occur, she is proactive in finding solutions and she is always monitoring quality to improve the cooperation.

Sharro has more than 15 years of experience in connecting businesses and governments in the MENA-region, China and the Netherlands.

Organizing working visits for the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs-China (Global Schouten the Netherlands) to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and innovative business development in the field of different areas has provided her with an extensive experience in working in multi-cultural settings creating long lasting partnerships: she focuses on managing expectations of business partners.

While strategizing business opportunities through her platform Clean Future Synergy, she considers the environmental, social, and governmental (ESG) impact of the business choices related to the sustainability goals.

In 2018, Sharro took a strategic step into the Dubai real estate market as an investor and afterwards as one of the founders of R&AA Properties LLC.

Sharro has played a crucial role in setting up the company and introducing compliance as the backbone of the company.
